It is understood, that when you
purchase a pattern, you have agreed to the following:
The purchase of this pattern provides permission for:
1. Use of the pattern to
make unlimited models (physical reproductions of the
pattern) for personal use
2. Use of the pattern to make unlimited models for personal gift
giving
3. Use of the pattern to make unlimited models for charity
4. Use of the pattern to make 12 models total for profit (to resale
i.e. at craft
shows, in consignment/craft/gift shops, etc.) -- anyone desiring to
mass
produce this design, please contact me!
The purchase of this pattern does not provide permission for:
1. Copying (photo copying,
scanning, electronically duplicating, etc.) the
pattern to sell to anyone.
2. Copying (photo copying, scanning, electronically duplicating, etc.) the
pattern to share with anyone (includes email
discussion groups, pattern
sharing groups, and posting to websites). Instead
of sharing, please refer
people to this site.
NOTE: These terms
also apply to the free patterns on this site!
