INSTRUCTIONS:
MOTIF:
Rnd 1: R.S. With one CC (contrasting color), ch
6, sl st in 6th ch from hook to form a ring.
Rnd 2: Ch 3, 11 dc in ring. Join with sl st in 3rd
ch of starting ch 3. Change to another CC.
Rnd 3: Ch 6-dc in joining, *ch 5, sk 2 dc, dc-ch 3-dc in
next dc, repeat from * around.
Join
with sl st in 3rd ch of starting ch 6.
Rnd 4: *3 sc in ch 3 sp, 5 sc in ch 5 sp, repeat from *
around. Join with sl st in starting sc.
Change to MC (main color).
Rnd 5: Sl st-ch 6-dc in next sc, *ch 5, sk 3 sc-ch 3-sc
in next sc, sk 3 sc, ch 5, dc-ch 3-dc
in next sc, repeat from * around. Join with sl st in 3rd ch of
starting ch 6.
Rnd 6: Sl st-ch 6-dc in next ch 3 sp, *ch 3, sc in next
ch 5 sp, ch 7, sc in next ch 5 sp, ch 3,
dc-ch 3-dc in next ch 3 sp, repeat from * around. Join with sl
st in 3rd ch of starting
ch
6. End off.
To connect motifs:
Work Rnds 1-5 for additional motifs. Use Rnd 6
(that follows) to attach
motifs.
Rnd 6: Sl st-ch 6-dc in next ch 3 sp, ch 3, sc
in next ch 5 sp, ch 7, sc in next ch 5 sp, ch 3,
*dc-ch 1-sl st in 1st completed Motif's corner sp-ch 1-dc in next ch 3
sp, ch 3, sc in
next ch 5 sp, ch 3-sl st in 1st Motif's ch 7 sp-ch 3-sc in next ch 5

FINISHING:
Fringe: Cut strands of MC
16" each. Holding 6 tog, fringe in points and inverted
corners
around. Trim to 6" or desired length. |
